    The Bloggia Theme Generator (I built it) is free for non-commercial use for anyone using WordPress, and easily and cheaply available for nearly any commercial use.

    Right now it creates Right-Navbar themes, but we’ll be expanding it in the future for Left-Navbar themes, and a Three-column layout.
