U-blog! is a weblogging system made to fit anyone’s needs. Unlike some weblogging systems, it does not try to be a CMS, thus avoiding all the associated complexity of a CMS. It features trackback, RSS, multiple authors, multiple topics, and multiple languages. It is skinnable, and its output is valid XHTML (using a strong templating system) and CSS. This system is also database engine-independent and comes with an easy installation process.
