		<description>Isn&#039;t it great?  When a sector of the economy is so easy to shine in, assuming you already shine in that sector, that companies are unable to realize the value you bring appropriately?

What will become of the bigger companies if all the good people keep leaving?  It looks like some nifty remuneration schemes will have to be devised if they want to stay big.</description>
