I've been blogging for over a year, but I find that it's hard to get people to stay on my blog for longer amounts of time. I mean obviously quality of content helps. And consistent updating. I use a few tools like myBlogTunes also to make my blog stand out. I added a couple NPR podcasts, and created some music stations and it seened to increase the overall time people spend on my blog.
