Absolutely I think unique content plays an important part in growing your sites visibility. I’m learning some much about SEO and off-page optimization and it’s effects are more definitely working on my sites. To that affect, gathering users and regulars on your blog is extremely hard and requires, more often than not, daily interaction on some level with you users. I’ve not had the time to do this, but I know and acknowledge that if I were to develop a user base, emails would be the best way to keep in touch with them and constantly renew them of my sites worthiness as a resource.

100% yes it does.

You have to offer more. Especially if you are entering a subject that already has some top notch bloggers. It’s the old business montage that if you can’t offer it for cheaper you need to offer something unique, something more.

Since blogging really can’t get any cheaper than freely available, you gotta do more.
