But it's not so difficult to do this. FOr instance, the maps you can use in wordpress the content-wrapper plugin, that plugin permits you to use php scripts in the posts/layouts. With that you use for instante phoogle (a php maps script) that can make the header. The expand map is a bit of javascript. The layout is very simple css with a fixed background. The videos are based on a third party-site, you have plugins in wordpress to put videos.
