The folks at WordPress.com have added some new features to the mix, a contact form that filters contact text through Akismet, a Box.net file sharing widget, which gives you a gig of free storage and the ability to use more slide show services, like Slideshare.net and Slide.com.

If you are a WordPress.com user, at least one of these features will probably appeal to you. I think the contact form is something that was a long time coming, and I am glad it is here and even better that the contact information is filtered through the Akismet service.

    Gosh! Suddenly, two of the features I’ve always wished that WP had (contact form and something similar to Box.net integration) are right here :)
