		<description>I think telecommuting is the best thing in the world...but I can see how it isn&#039;t for everyone.  Telecommuting only works if you can get yourself motivated without having to have someone looking over your shoulder. 

I also don&#039;t think that telecommuting could &quot;kill&quot; our careers as bloggers or writers.  I think it might be a problem in some larger companies that are stuck in a more &quot;old fashioned&quot; way of doing business, but our career choice is one that I don&#039;t think can be affected by not having &quot;face time&quot;.</description>
