		<description>I'm not sure of a built-in utility... but a 'built-out' utility might be nice.  Allowing a person to put their ftp address and authorization information - then have some scripts do the rest.

The problem with a 'built-in' utility is that it could make the system extremely vulnerable.

The other nice tool would be a plugin version checker.  This could easily be done using an API and a db of plugins.</description>
