		<description>@fiend, I agree, Microsoft is such a big company that sometimes they don&#039;t have control over every little detail within their company. However, it is the exact same reason that they need to take extra precautions to prevent such a matter. It&#039;s not an excuse that they have overlooked such a crucial thing.

Though I must say that I am happy with how Microsoft handled the situation.</description>

		<description>I think microsoft did the right thing, microsoft is a big big company, sometimes the right arm doesnt know what the left is doing, not that i love microsoft (i dont, i think most of the times they do shitty undermined work), but they can block pretty much anyone with their money and lawyers, so the fact that after apparently microsoft america found out and shut it down, shows that to some extent they are coherent with their policy, 

besides like you said, just cause its similar in features doesn&#039;t mean it used the same code, if it had the same features and used different code, it would still be a sort of theft but thats how most online stuff happens, plurk would have to one up, of course in this case its just copy paste and microsoft should clean their shit up and maybe contact the plurk folk and make some kind of agreement.</description>
