Is WordPress Killing Web Design
Brandon Jones over at Envato’s Tutsplus posted the video of SXSWi 2010′s panel, discussing whether WordPress kills the creative design scene.
Considered the creative uses of WordPress we have seen in the last two years it is difficult to say that WordPress does squash creativity. Both developers and designers often do push WP to its limit, sadly sometimes a little bit too far even, thinking that WordPress can be used for anything online.

I like using WordPress. It’s quick and easy. But I see your point. Thing is, no one is forced to use WordPress. If someone really wants to flex their creative muscles, they can always use Dream Weaver. But then, there’s a loooong learning curve associated with it.
Walking in the presence of giants here. Cool thinking all aonrdu!
