We are looking for a rockstar Copywriter and Content Editor to add to our core team. This is an entirely virtual position on a tight-knit, globally based team. All work will be done remotely via your home office or work space of choice.

As a Copywriter you’ll of course be masterful in your command of the written word and have the ability to deliver highly creative concepts, but what we’re really looking for is someone will be able to think about the marketing challenge as whole – not just the killer headline. You believe that copywriting is an art - every interaction is a conversation and an opportunity to connect with our audience. You have the ability to move readers to action with your words.

As a Content Editor we’ll be looking to you to help edit and structure some of our existing content as well as collaborate/brainstorm on new creative endeavors. The role also will include proofreading of any and all writing that goes through our content pipeline - including but not limited to: blog posts, newsletters, ads, social media communication, and down the line, potentially articles for DANIELLE Magazine. As we are an entirely virtual team, we'd expect that you’d be able to comfortably take multiple projects from the initial brainstorm all the way through to completion on your own.

This position will start out on a part time/contract basis, but can quickly move to full time with the right person. You must have regular availability between the hours of 10am-6pm EST. You will work remotely and must provide your own computer and internet connection.

-Write copy for all digital channels including, but not limited to: website, social media, email & ad campaigns, and direct mail. You’ll be the go-to person whenever someone needs beautifully-crafted written content.
-Partner with design to integrate visual-verbal messages.
-Update and quality check/proofread existing content.
-Assist in program development, product naming, and content structuring.
-Turn high level ideas into easy to understand, engaging customer-facing copy and accessible concepts.

-Experience writing content for a wide variety of media formats - you should be as comfortable writing a banner ad or email newsletter as this job description.
-Knowledge of copywriting best practices for both print and digital - websites, email blasts, direct mail, TV & radio, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and mobile.
-Possess superior language, grammar, and creative writing skills.
-Understand the concept of a sales funnel and how to write at varying levels of the process.
-Ability to adapt your writing style to Team D’s voice and write across a variety of mediums including email, online, and print.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively reprioritizing when necessary.
-Entrepreneurial mindset and can work autonomously, but also works well as part of a team.
-MUST have proficiency in: Google Docs, WordPress
-It’s a plus if you also have experience in: Evernote, Infusionsoft, Dropbox, Wufoo
