Do you love celebrity news? Are you constantly refreshing your favorite entertainment and romance sites? YourTango.com is a digital media outlet dedicated to love and relationships. We are looking for freelance writers for our “CelebLove” section to cover trending celebrity news topics related to love and relationships.
We are seeking someone with fresh ideas, quick but accurate turn-over time, and an eye for detail. A YourTango piece can be about almost anything—travel, food, fashion, money—as long as it explains how the subject affects your (or someone’s) love life.
Must be able to produce 2-3 posts per week, have excellent writing and communication skills, and some experience writing for an entertainment/love magazine or website. Basic photo-editing skills required, as well as basic HTML, CMS and SEO experience. Most importantly, you must have a passion for celebrity and love news.
This is a freelance position that pays $10 per article, $15 per list, and $30 per photo gallery. We are located in NYC, and you can work in-office or from home.
