Description
Commercial art gallery specializing in American art of the twentieth century seeks a part-time researcher and writer. The position is responsible for researching and writing on current inventory, as well as writing for the website, brochures, and special projects. The successful candidate will have experience writing about art for a general audience and must be familiar with advanced methods of art historical research. A professional manner is essential for work in this fast-paced environment. The job is slated for approximately 18 hours/week: Mon, Weds, Fri, 10am-4pm. Graduate work in art history is required.
