Love consumer electronics? Are you an awesome graphic designer and an expert programming CSS for WordPress? We are seeking a full-time or contract Graphic Designer for our Livio Radio.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for graphic design and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to successfully manage time as well as work with management on design ideas for retail packaging, catalogs, advertisements, web sites, etc. Copy writing, video experience, HTML, CSS, and flash are a plus. SEO experience a bonus.
This position reports to the Brand Manager. Must show portfolio (digital or hard accepted).
Job Description & Responsibilities:
1) Graphic Design (Print and Web)
a) Manage www.livioradio.com through WordPress.
b) Marketing materials (fliers, banners, ads)
c) Landing websites for our advertising campaigns
d) Flash product tours (online interactive demonstrations) for our radios
e) Point of purchase displays (POP)
f) Box Artwork, T-shirts, User Guides, and more…
2) Marketing:
a) SEO working with Google Analytics
b) Learn how to market and design for different types of people including music fanatics, boomers, and specialty groups.
c) Support local and national events
d) Assist in product testing
Required Special Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent
* Mac OSX: Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
* CSS expert that has strong background working with WordPress and WordPress Plugins.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and interpersonal skills are essential
* Must have a pleasant, friendly style
* Work experience with direct to consumers marketing campaigns and affiliate marketing programs preferred
* Must be high energy and capable of thriving in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
* Must have a valid drivers license and a vehicle for marketing related travel (expenses reimbursed)
* Must be a US citizen or have a Work Permit (Employment Authorization Document) to prove you may work in the United States
Bonus Skills (Not Required but we’d like to know if you have them):
* Experience with Acrobat layout (online forms and file management)
* Experience with video (editing in iMovie and FinalCut our YouTube instructional videos)
* Copywriting (copy-editing)
* Social media experience (Facebook, Twitter)
* Photography
