That's where you come in. We are looking for a writer, blogger, or journalist who can report and write compelling blog posts on behalf of our clients. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years professional journalism experience, preferably as a beat health reporter or for a healthcare-related publication. Ideally you should be located in the DC-MD-VA area, but will consider qualified candidates who wish to work remotely or telecommute.
Think you know the solution to lowering costs in the emergency room? Found an interesting case study about the difficulty of implementing electronic medical records? Are people missing the big picture when it comes to healthcare reform? We want you to report and write the story. We have forward-thinking clients and give our writers a good amount of editorial freedom - but keep in mind you will be ghost-writing on behalf of our clients. Your aim will be to tell compelling stories, not muckrake.
Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience. (This is part-time work on contract, with the potential to grow: 10-12 hours/week to start)
