Position: Newsletter Designer / Copywriter
Location: Eastside
Starts: Within a Couple Weeks
Duration: Ongoing
Status: Freelance
Rate: $40/hr + DOE
Our local non profit client is in need of a designer/copywriter hybrid for some part time ongoing newsletter work.
In this role you will be designing a newsletter template that will be used on an ongoing basis AND will be working with the marketing manager to write the content as well. You may be tasked with some press release writing as well.
To qualify for this position you will have 5+ years of professional experience working in a corporate or agency environment as a designer and/or copywriter. We are looking for someone comfortable collaborating on projects as you will be asked to both offer ideas but also take direction. You will have some creative freedom.
We are looking for someone who is extremely detail oriented, a proactive team player who can be the conceptual force as well as someone who can take feedback and execute.
This is an offsite with meetings freelance assignment that will be reoccurring as new issues of this newsletter is required.
