Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic writer who loves to write news-style stories. Main portion of the position involves writing 2-3 weekly stories to be posted on the website and also distributed in a bi-weekly newsletter format to residents and managers a group of senior care facilities in Western Canada. This group of facilities has progressive, modern management and operates under Eden model of care, that sees places where Elders live as habitats for human beings rather than facilities for the frail and elderly.
Writing of the stories includes research, following up on suggested story ideas, interviewing, writing draft and final copy. This position also involves some online publishing and electronic distribution.

~ have a knack for coming up with story ideas
~ extremely organized, efficient and have "get the job done" attitude
This is a contract position with flexible hours. Contract fee is $800 to $1000 per month, depending on experience and number of stories written. You will be working remotely from your home or office.
