NewYorkMetroParents, the country's largest publisher of regional parenting magazines, is looking for moms (or dads) who are writers and want to share their parenting experiences and advice online. We are looking to establish editorial departments in the following parenting topics:
special needs
adoption
stepparenting
Consumer Coverage
We are also developing a product review and discussion section and need a consumer writer. This opportunity will afford a writer to evaluate new products.
The ideal candidates live in the metropolitan NY area and have writing experience. Initially these articles will include a very modest stipend, but if successful can grow into a larger beat. Arrangements will be very flexible. As one of the largest local parenting media, we offer you immediate exposure to a broad market.
