Description
Ruby Slippers Fundraising is seeking a grant writer who is eager to work with our organization. We are a private fundraising company that works with nonprofits looking to raise funds through grants from foundations and corporations, events planning and individual donor stewardship. We are seeking someone for a part-time position. The work will be on a project -by-project basis and will involve editing and writing various documents including proposals, website content, annual appeal letters and blog postings. Supervision will be provided.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
Exceptional written and communication skills, strong editing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines
Keen attention to successfully marketing an organization to a potential funder
Outstanding organizational skills
Keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and produce high quality work
