Adecco Technical & Scientific, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of Technical and Scientific professionals, has an immediate opening for a Part Time / Technical Writer
We are currently looking for a Technical Writer with a background in the life sciences, biotech and/or pharma to develop a user manual and online help content for a custom internal knowledge management platform. The project will require the integration of existing basic technical documentation (where available) with user experience and feedback to develop a descriptive user friendly manual for the system.
Duties will include The project will require the integration of existing basic technical documentation (where available) with user experience and feedback to develop a descriptive user friendly manual for the system. The ideal candidate will combine domain expertise in the life sciences, comfort learning and navigating novel software environments and a passion for communicating complex ideas in simple terms with their writing.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in the life sciences or experience with life science writing
* Experience documenting business process and workflows
* Experience documenting software
* Portfolio of work showing experience
* Excellent writing and communication skills
This is an on-site part time position with the possibility to work remotely as well. The contract will be about 3 months with the possibility to extend for other projects.
