Prepares written text; Clarifies and reviews document contents with subject matter experts and business owners to receive sign-off.
Coordinates layout and organization of manuals and other documentation according to business line expectation.
Analyze the needs of the business to utilize the correct documentation tools. This includes but is not limited to Word, Publisher, Visio, HTML, PDF, SnagIt, Web enablement and other Microsoft products.
Interviews subject matter experts to create process documentation for business lines.
Researches available technical documentation including business requirements, specifications, workflows and business line needs.
Works with all areas within the business to validate materials met Compliance and Legal guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelors degree or equivalent
2-4 years technical writing experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Time Management/Priority Setting
Proficient in Microsoft platform (specifically Word); Snagit, and PDF materials
Experience in Information mapping requested
