This Related Post hack looks for keywords in a single post and grabs links to other posts with some of the same keywords. This is a hack and thus you need to add the code into your my-hacks.php file.

Jason A. Trommetter wrote this WP plugin, Topic Icon. It’s still in its infancy but places an assigned image to the right of each entry. After activating the plugin add the image name to a new Custom Field and you’re set.
