We are seeking a part-time Content Writer to join our client’s team for a six-month contract, covering a maternity leave. The writer will focus on creating high-quality content, including white papers, blog posts, emails, and social media copy. This role requires a writer with a clear, factual writing style, capable of maintaining a tone centered on trust and safety while supporting product-led communications.
Commitment and Duration
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
- Six-month contract, starting early October
Objectives of This Role
- Deliver well-researched and factual content that aligns with our brand tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and meet content guidelines.
- Support the development and execution of the State of Trust and Safety Report.
- Adapt content based on briefs and participate in the editing process.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit diverse content, including white papers, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media copy.
- Work closely with the content marketing manager and other stakeholders to ensure the content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Engage with internal teams to gather insights and validate content.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a part-time capacity.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in content writing with a diverse portfolio of content types
- Experience in trust and safety, cybersecurity, compliance, or tech-focused B2B content preferred
- Strong research skills, particularly in intelligence reporting
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently across time zones, managing projects with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Google Docs and standard content creation tools
- Comfortable working with global teams and sensitive to international cultural dynamics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B tech environment, particularly with enterprise-level content strategies.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
