Key Responsibilities
- Researching and understanding user search intent to create content that provides genuine value to our audience.
- Crafting well-written, engaging articles that cater to the needs of WordPress users.
- Providing in-depth analysis and recommendations based on personal experience and expertise in the field.
- Collaborating with the editorial team to ensure content meets our quality standards and aligns with our brand voice and style guidelines.
Requirements
- Prior experience writing about WordPress-related topics, with a strong portfolio of samples to showcase your expertise.
- Deep understanding of user search intent and the ability to create content that addresses users’ needs effectively.
- Experience and knowledge in areas relevant to WordPress, beyond basic online research.
- Proficiency in using WordPress, including familiarity with various types of plugins, themes, and services.
- Ability to set up a local website for testing products and services, and troubleshoot errors effectively.
- Thorough understanding and practical experience with both the classic and block editors, as well as familiarity with full-site editing (FSE).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback and changes as needed.
Compensation
The compensation for this position is set at $0.10 per word.
