Copyblogger has released some more headline templates that will help your articles get the recognition they deserve. I know that I for one am not the greatest headline writer, and that can effect how well received something I write is.
You also see the importance of headlines on Digg all the time, when two stories point to the same article, it can be the headline that effects how it is received.
There are seven tips to help your headlines, and here are four of them:
1. Give Me [short time period] and I’ll Give You [blank].
2. If You Don’t [blank] Now, You’ll Hate Yourself Later.
3. The Lazy [blank’s] Way to [blank].
4. Do You Recognize the [number] Early Warning Signs of [blank]?
The rest you can find at Copyblogger with examples and reasons for each. A great way to give your posts a little extra power.
