I have been writing professionally for over 10 years, but before then, I was a salesman. Sort of.

My journey began in retail finance, where I managed HNIs and sold banking products as an accounts manager for three years. But my passion for writing kept nudging me towards communications, so I got into Leeds University Business School where I obtained my Masters in Advertising and Marketing.

As a post-graduate student, I took a volunteer role at Canal and River Trust, UK managing content for their website and social media. There I was introduced to the world of digital marketing, where advertising shaped my storytelling and I fell in love with copywriting.

With over a decade in marketing communications, I have crafted compelling stories across print, TV, radio, web, and social media. My sales background fuels my knack for creating engaging content including taglines, blogs, articles and brand stories, while my strategy experience ensures that every campaign I create is backed by data-driven insight.
