Travis Frey
Author, screenwriter, former editor-in-chief Dallastown, United StatesAbout Me
My name is Travis Frey, and I write under the name Titan Frey (Titan is my middle name). I've worked as a journalist for the basketball website, fadeawayworld.net, for four and a half years, and as its editor-in-chief for four years. I'm proud to have helped the company become the third most visited basketball website within my first six months as editor-in-chief. My proudest accomplishment was interviewing Chuck Cooper III, son of the first African American drafted by an NBA team, Chuck Cooper.
I interviewed Cooper III and wrote a biography on his father, which he has said is the best article ever written about his father. On top of writing for the basketball website, I've written YouTube scripts for the popular basketball channel, @oldskoolbball, a channel that has worked on the popular documentaries, "The Last Dance" and "Kobe Bryant's Muse."
I also write for my own YouTube channels, @hoopshistory26, where I have written scripts on basketball's history. I have written over 10 novels, a few self-published, and the others with a small press publisher. This includes my YA sports novel, "A Player's Path: A Story About Life and Football." This tale involves football and kidney donation, which is important to me, as I am a living donor, donating in 2012. The book became an Amazon Best Selling New Release back in January 2020.
My experience as a writer and editor in many different mediums can help me succeed in any position.
Thank you.
