What interests me the most is the psychology of engagement and team dynamics, which I research actively in terms of team organization and management. I am passionate about examining how top-performing teams interact and how player loyalty can be motivated, directly applicable to corporate team-building and engagement initiatives. In addition, I am passionate about studying how organic digital communities are born and grow, offering insightful guidelines for contemporary brand development.
