Payton Hart

I recently earned my B.A. in Journalism with a minor in Psychology from Hampton University, where I served as President of the Honors College and Co-Chair of the Women’s Caucus. During my studies I built a strong foundation in multimedia reporting, writing, and editing; I also gained hands-on experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and graphic design tools.

Professionally, I have worked as a Labor Relations Specialist for the Palm Beach County School District; a Contracted Writer for HER Agenda; and a Beauty Blogger, producing feature stories and digital content that highlight women’s leadership, career advancement, and lifestyle topics. I have also held roles in production studios as a camera operator, director, and floor manager, which gave me a well-rounded understanding of broadcast journalism and digital storytelling.

These experiences, combined with my strong writing skills, bilingual English–Spanish abilities, and passion for sports, culture, and current events, prepare me to create compelling, accurate, and engaging content across a variety of platforms.
