Freelance U.S. Content Writer – 2-Week Paid Project with option to become a regular content writer.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a U.S.-based freelance content writer for a 2-week paid engagement. You’ll create thoughtful, structured content focused on business growth, outsourcing, hiring, leadership, and team development for small businesses, primarily insurance agencies. After reviewing multiple candidates’ writing, we will select one candidate that we feel aligns with our voice the best to engage in a long-term freelance agreement where the writer will provide content each week.
You Must Be Able To:
– Write with a tone that blends clarity, warmth, and insight (think Donald Miller x Andy Stanley)
– Adapt content to a strategy-driven structure (topics will be assigned)
– Create pillar content that serves as the basis for repurposing
Deliverables:
– 2 Blog Posts (1,000–1,200 words)
– 2 Long-Form Video Scripts (talking point outline or narrative, 5–8 minutes)
– 2 Short-Form Video Scripts (30–60 seconds)
– 4 Social Media Captions (LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram)
Total: 10 deliverables over 2 weeks
You’re a Fit If You:
– Have strong experience writing for B2B or service-based brands
– Understand how to speak to insurance agency owners, founders, or entrepreneurs about scaling their businesses, managing teams, and strategically using global outsourcing in their businesses.
– Can turn around high-quality content with minimal hand-holding
– Write with clear structure, engaging examples, and emotional clarity
-Can write compelling material to convince
