Experience / Education / Qualifications

With over 15 years of experience in education, I bring deep, practical insight to every piece of content I write. I’ve worked extensively with both high-achieving and disadvantaged learners, specialising in GCSE Maths, behaviour support, and inclusive education. My professional background includes senior leadership roles in UK secondary schools, where I led on strategic development of alternative provision and inclusion, alongside hands-on teaching in mainstream and SEN settings.

I have a strong track record of translating complex educational ideas into accessible, engaging written content. I’ve developed internal CPD materials, behaviour frameworks, and curriculum guides for schools, and have recently written tutoring materials for online learning platforms. My writing focuses on making evidence-based strategies usable for teachers, parents, and tutors—especially those supporting students with additional needs or working outside traditional structures.

In addition to my teaching qualifications, I am currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, which strengthens my ability to work with education data, interpret research, and write accurately on evidence-informed practice. I’ve also founded an EdTech startup focused on AI-powered marking of handwritten maths work, giving me firsthand experience in digital learning design and content development.

I understand the importance of tone, clarity, and structure in education writing—whether for blogs, instructional materials, ghostwriting, or web content. I work efficiently to deadlines, am highly responsive to feedback, and can adapt to a range of briefs and audiences. Whether you’re looking for thought leadership, curriculum-aligned writing, or clear communication of complex pedagogical ideas, I can help deliver content that is both insightful and actionable.
