I define myself with 3 qualities, consistent hard work, growth mindset and adaptability. These 3 qualities are visible throughout my professional and academic career. I have been working as a communication officer for more than a year now and prior to that I have worked as a researcher for around 1 year. I specialized in helping the organization to develop and execute their communication strategies, design and disseminate communication materials, and conduct a research-based study. I have drafted a working paper for the event, quarterly report, training reports, press releases. Moreover, I also prepared 3 research-based newspaper articles. I also Conceptualized and developed content for posters, weekly videos, digital explainer videos, and profile videos. Apart from this I have planned, supervised, and reported 26 social action projects, remained in close coordination with more than 200 journalists and activists. I have also coordinated and moderated focus group discussions and online trainings. I have gathered data from 250 participants in a week, drafted a 100-page report on Machar colony with my team.
